A Current WIP

So last weekend I played the first two acts of Kentucky Route Zero. Beautiful game! Part of the beauty comes from the minimalist art style-- everything is depicted using simple, vertex-colored 3D objects with clever lighting and composition. But I, being enamored with this game and the art, couldn't get out of my head what I thought the main character, Conway, looks like. So I made this sculpt:

I'm still kicking.

Hey there, Bloggy. How've you been? Sorry I've kinda been neglecting you these last several months. I'll be updating you again really soon. It's just that October is a really busy month, you know?

Fermentatron! Or, How I Learned To Stop Talking About It and Just Make A Damned Game Already!

So towards the end of last year, my buddy Kyle and I got together to make something in Unity. That something is still on its way. But as a lead up to that (my current) project, Kyle and I joined forces to make Fermentatron with the talented Ben Crossbones on audio.

New Year, New Art!

First speed sculpt of the year. Kinda dark.

Took about 2 hours, no real reference, and I think it shows. I need to model out more monsters and women this year. I guess that's my resolution. Monsters, ladies, and maybe even monster-ladies!!
